Information we may receive

If you contact us, we may receive your company name, name, email address, website address and message. Please do not send sensitive personal data through the form.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer your enquiry, understand the project and prepare a possible quotation. If we enter into an agreement, some information may need to be retained to administer it and comply with accounting rules.

The website form

The form opens a prepared email draft in your own email application. Nothing is sent automatically. Your information leaves your device only when you choose to send the message.

Storage and sharing

Enquiries are handled through our email service and are not sold. We retain contact information only as long as needed for the enquiry, an active project or legal obligations. Providers of email, hosting or security services may process data on our behalf.

Cookies and tracking

Sajtspira currently does not set its own analytics or marketing cookies. If this changes, we will update this notice and request consent where required. Essential technical services supplied by hosting providers may still use technical identifiers.

Your rights
