TERMS

Terms for quotations and website projects

Last updated: 28 August 2026

These basic terms help make projects clear. A binding assignment begins only when the customer has received a written quotation or order confirmation and both parties have approved it.

Quotation and scope

Each project receives a written description of its scope, pages or functions, timeline, number of revision rounds, price and exclusions. Website prices are examples in SEK and are not binding offers. Any VAT will be stated in the quotation.

Changes and additions

Changes outside the approved scope are discussed before work begins. Any additional cost and effect on timing will be confirmed in writing.

Customer materials

The customer is responsible for ensuring that texts, images, logos, fonts and other supplied material may legally be used in the project. The customer is also responsible for published content being lawful and accurate.

Delivery and approval

We deliver according to the agreed specification. The customer may provide feedback within the revision rounds in the quotation. Publication or handover follows the payment and approval plan in the project agreement.

Hosting and ongoing support

Hosting, security updates, backups and content changes are included only when expressly stated in the quotation or a separate service agreement. Third-party providers may have their own terms.

Payment and cancellation

Due dates, any initial fee, instalments and cancellation rules are stated in the written quotation. Paid work does not begin before the scope and price are approved.

Responsible communication

Sajtspira describes services and results without unsupported guarantees. The customer approves final content and is responsible for the accuracy of information about their own business, prices and offers.

If a project is directed at consumers or subject to mandatory law, that law takes priority over conflicting wording in these basic terms.
